  We are his hands...

Really? If that is true why are we not seeing the "church" have a larger impact on the world? We have asked ourselves this tough question at Heritage Park the past few months and we have come to the conclusion that to be the hands and feet of Christ to the world in which we live, it is going to take "intentional missional living"  that show's the world that God cares about them. Going together to become an agent of change takes courage and resolve - why not come and be a part of a church that has the desire to see God use us in ways that will enlarge his kingdom, one life at a time.

Here's a New Piece of News!

Heritage park is now a drop off location for the Topeka Rescue Mission; If you or someone you know has any food or clothing donations for the mission, please drop them off at the church and we will deliver them. This is a great way for us to assist a very worthwhile ministry and help those who may not be able to get all the way to the mission.

Missions Sunday

The annual Missions Sunday here at HPWC will be March 7. Our guest speaker that day will be Barry Feaker from the Topeka Rescue Mission. In preparation for this event, we are featuring the various ministries we help support on the back of this bulletin. Be in prayer for this emphasis and seek God’s direction for the part He would have you fill.

Son City Needs

If you haven’t noticed, ask one or the kids, but exciting things re happening in our Children’s Ministry. They have some items to bring to your attention.

1) Son City needs snack donations- juice( no dark juices)and cookies or crackers.

2) We would like to make this year’s Easter Egg hunt bigger and better than ever to reach out to kids in our community, so we need more Easter eggs and candy donated. The goal is 1,500 eggs. You may start bringing them any time.

3) Christine would like to meet with anyone interested in working with the kids on Feb 28 directly following the service.

4) Remember to pray regularly for our kids and the workers in this very worthwhile ministry.
